Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk1971bat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at tk1971bat.net, including all games, betting services, promotional offers, and support facilities made available through the platform.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with tk1971bat, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from tk1971bat or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any employee of tk1971bat or any of its gaming software providers.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you take sole responsibility for ensuring your compliance with the laws of your location.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

tk1971bat may, at its sole discretion and at any time, request documentary evidence of age, identity, or location. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

Any account found to have been opened or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made by that account will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited in full.

Section 3

Account Registration & Obligations

To access the full range of tk1971bat services, you must register a single personal account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times and must promptly update any details that change.

• You must provide your real full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number during registration. Fictitious information, nicknames, or the details of another person are strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may hold only one active account. If duplicate accounts are identified, tk1971bat reserves the right to close all but one account and to void any bonuses or winnings generated through the duplicate accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk1971bat support immediately via live chat or email. You remain responsible for all activity on your account until tk1971bat has been formally notified of the unauthorised access and has taken corrective action.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

tk1971bat supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods chosen specifically for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the deposit will not be credited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tk1971bat reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically supported. If that method does not support withdrawals, tk1971bat will communicate an alternative to the player.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus component and associated winnings being forfeited.
• tk1971bat reserves the right to impose additional verification steps or delays on withdrawals that are flagged by its fraud prevention systems. Players will be notified of any such delays in writing.
• The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of the platform.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

tk1971bat offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are governed by individual terms published at the time of the offer, and the following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying games, and player account status) are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and must be wagered the required number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings can be transferred to the real-money balance or withdrawn. Section 6

Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

tk1971bat is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform. tk1971bat employs automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited behaviour, and violations will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or perform actions that would not be possible manually in real time.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino games, or pre-arranging outcomes in sports markets.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to generate winnings that would not ordinarily be available. Any winnings derived from identified exploits will be voided.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. tk1971bat is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using fictitious details, to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade a suspension or exclusion.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or support interaction.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward tk1971bat staff, live dealer personnel, or other players via any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract data or source code from the tk1971bat platform or any of its integrated game providers.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, tk1971bat will take all or any of the following actions: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balance including real-money funds under investigation, reporting to relevant legal authorities, and civil action where losses to the platform can be quantified.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content published on the tk1971bat platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional material, and any other materials accessible through the platform — is the intellectual property of tk1971bat or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as described in these Terms.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform's content without the express prior written consent of tk1971bat.
• Game content (including graphics, sound, animations, and mechanics) provided through third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by tk1971bat under licence. Players have no rights in that content beyond the personal use licence described above.
• The tk1971bat brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of the brand name or logo in any context — including social media, advertising, or other online content — is strictly prohibited.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk1971bat, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or tk1971bat had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• tk1971bat does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, network disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. tk1971bat accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from such unavailability.
• tk1971bat is not liable for any financial losses you sustain as a result of your wagering decisions. Gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss and you accept that risk fully upon using the platform.
• tk1971bat is not responsible for telecommunications or internet service failures that prevent you from accessing the platform or completing a wager in progress.
• Where a game or bet is settled incorrectly due to a technical error or data feed failure, tk1971bat reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust balances accordingly, including recouping any incorrectly credited winnings.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

tk1971bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Chargebacks initiated against tk1971bat by the player's payment provider.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or responsible gaming cooling-off period.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction of the account.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy communicated to the registered email address.

Upon voluntary account closure requested by the player, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Where an account is closed by tk1971bat due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation. Any such withholding will be communicated in writing to the registered email address.

Section 10

Amendments & Governing Law
